Videographer & Video Editor Needed

Job Title: Videographer & Video Editor Location: Pune (Work From Office) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a creative and passionate Videographer & Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality videos that showcase our projects, events, and brand story. If you have a strong eye for visuals, storytelling, and social media trends, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for digital and social media platforms. Capture project walkthroughs, drone footage (if certified), customer testimonials, corporate events, and promotional campaigns. Produce engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, Facebook content, and brand films. Edit videos with motion graphics, captions, transitions, music, and sound effects. Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and final video rendering. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to execute creative campaigns. Manage cameras, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and other production equipment. Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and media assets. Stay updated with the latest video production techniques, editing styles, and social media trends. Required Skills Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (preferred) Strong understanding of camera operations, framing, lighting, and composition Experience using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and wireless microphones Knowledge of color grading and audio editing Creative storytelling and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Media, Animation, Mass Communication, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing. Experience in real estate, architecture, hospitality, or lifestyle content is an advantage. Familiarity with drone videography (DGCA-certified is a plus).
