# Amazon Marketplace Manager & E-Commerce Growth Specialist ## Overview We are seeking an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to support the growth of a fast-growing Beauty & Personal Care brand. This is a long-term remote engagement focused on marketplace management, Amazon advertising, product launches, listing optimization, analytics, and growth strategy. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, improving organic rankings, optimizing PPC performance, and scaling marketplace sales. ## Scope of Work ### Amazon Account Management * Manage Amazon Seller Central account operations * Monitor account health and performance metrics * Resolve catalog and listing issues * Manage promotions and marketplace activities * Coordinate product launches and listing updates ### Listing Optimization & SEO * Conduct keyword research * Create and optimize listings * Improve product discoverability and conversion rates * Develop and optimize A+ Content * Monitor competitor activity and market trends ### Amazon PPC Management * Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns * Optimize ACOS, TACOS and ROAS * Identify growth opportunities through advertising * Monitor budgets and campaign performance ### Product Launch Support * Develop marketplace launch strategies * Coordinate listing creation and launch timelines * Track launch performance and recommend improvements ### Content & Creative Coordination * Coordinate with designers and content creators * Develop listing images, videos and marketplace content * Review and improve creative assets for conversion optimization ### Analytics & Reporting * Prepare weekly and monthly business reports * Analyze sales, advertising and inventory data * Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements * Present actionable recommendations ## Desired Experience ### Required * 2+ years of Amazon marketplace management experience * Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central * Experience managing PPC campaigns * Experience with keyword research and listing optimization * Strong analytical and Excel skills * Excellent communication skills ### Preferred * Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Wellness or FMCG categories * Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout or similar tools * Experience managing multiple SKUs and product launches * Experience with Flipkart, Nykaa or Shopify is a plus ## Engagement Details * Long-term engagement * Remote work arrangement * Flexible working hours with regular business updates * Opportunity to grow into a larger marketplace management role ## To Apply Please include: 1.
