make me one display ad and one search ad expert mode plus one microsoft ad -- 2

I need some consulting on finishing a Google ads search ad. I researched keywords and did what I thought was needed w the extension. However, I don’t know what I’m doing w negative keywords, not confident about extension selection and utilization, and don’t know how to set up web hooks for tracking. Ideally someone can TV watch and consult and advise on the little bit of the search ad I have left, then watch me do the display ad and make sure I do it right. I know I need better keyword research but I’m very eager to see how well what I chose tests out. Later today I’ll have another landing page to A/B and want to be ready for it too. My budget is $40 and even though I mentioned a Microsoft ad in the title I don’t expect help with that. Please only apply according to my budget, small as it may be. Thank you.
