Headhunter - Find 3-5 Commission-Only Performance Marketers.

We have a high-converting SaaS product and need a sharp headhunter who can quickly line up three to five “Performance Marketers” — performance marketers who live and breathe advanced Facebook Ads in the technology space. Each Performance Marketer you find will receive a weekly ad budget of $500, work on a pure-commission basis, and is expected to pull in two to five sales in their very first week. Here’s the profile you’ll be sourcing and screening: • Demonstrated high-ticket sales performance of at least $3,500 per month, ideally proven with screenshots, dashboards, or concise case studies. • Prior success working 100% commission (no base, no retainer) and the mindset that comes with it. • Hands-on experience managing multiple accounts and proxies to keep campaigns compliant and scalable. • Master-level command of Facebook Ads; other channels such as search or content are welcome but not required for this role. • Ability to problem-solve independently without hand-holding. • Clear understanding of the role and expectations. Your deliverable on each hire is straightforward: a vetted candidate ready to start, plus their completed screening questionnaire and evidence of past results. I’ll handle onboarding from there, so no further hand-holding is needed. Payment is $50–$150 for every successful placement, released once the marketer accepts our terms and is cleared to run the first campaign.
