I want to take a delivery-class drone from concept to production-ready files, blending sleek aesthetics with rock-solid aerodynamics and structural integrity. The airframe must be modelled around lightweight composite skins and spars, keeping total mass in check while still offering enough payload volume for small-parcel logistics. Alongside the physical design, I need a fully documented manual control system that streams real-time telemetry back to the pilot. This includes live battery, GPS, and flight-attitude data rendered on a ground-station UI as well as traditional stick-based navigation for take-off, manoeuvring, and landing. If you regularly work in CAD suites such as SolidWorks or Fusion 360 and have experience integrating hobby-grade or professional RF modules, you’ll be able to move fast here. A familiarity with PX4, ArduPilot, or a comparable open firmware stack will be helpful when mapping sensor outputs to the telemetry channel, though I’m open to alternative approaches if you can justify the advantages.
