Sony Vegas Template creation

For usage in my Youtube channel, I want a start & end video template using sony vegas pro 11.0. The channel is for trending news, so the template should be formatised the way trending news channels have their start & end. The duration of the template will be, 20 seconds for the start & 10 seconds for the ending. The text in the video should be customizable so I will want the work delivered in .veg format. Those who have template creation expertise using sony vegas with music (YT acceptable, cannot be any copyrighted stuff) should only apply with some examples of work done.
