I make lyric videos on After Effects and have limited expertise in using the software. I am trying to replicate the effect made in this lyric video -

In the video there are the red visuals which react to the bass of the music. When the bass hits, the red visuals have a subtle glow and also move slightly like waves. It is these two effects I am trying to create for my own lyric videos. I have created my own version but would prefer to see if an Adobe After Effects expert can possibly create a better version.
Any help would be much appreciated.
