Having complete specs and a demo platform in hand is good. The remaining risk is Forge's sandboxed runtime. It catches a lot of devs mid-build, specifically because Forge's V8 isolate handles async storage and API calls differently from standard Node, and JSM's queue and request APIs have some quirks when called from within that environment. That stuff is worth mapping before any UI work starts, not after.
