Fruit Planting & Cultivation Support

I am about to start a new planting cycle focused on fruit crops, specifically tomatoes and mangoes, and I need a skilled grower who can take charge of the entire cultivation phase. The work covers everything from setting the beds and placing seedlings to guiding the young plants through their first weeks of growth. Your days will revolve around: • Precise seedling or graft placement, making sure spacing and depth suit tomatoes and mangoes. • Installing drip or micro-spray irrigation and adjusting schedules to keep moisture levels stable. • Applying fertiliser and organic amendments in line with crop-specific requirements. • Routine monitoring for pests, disease and nutrient issues, then acting quickly—whether that means pruning, trellising, spraying or adjusting feed rates. • Keeping concise field notes so I can track what was done, when and why. Deliverable: at the end of the contract, every assigned row should show healthy, uniformly established plants that meet recommended growth benchmarks (vigorous stems, unblemished foliage and consistent height for tomatoes; sturdy, well-rooted saplings for mangoes).
