We are not looking for someone who “knows the platform.” We are looking for someone who can turn GoHighLevel into a revenue engine. This role owns the full customer journey — from lead capture to close, upsell, cross-sell, and reputation growth. You will design and run the systems that power our pre-sales, sales, and post-sales workflows. ________________________________________ What Success Looks Like • Leads move automatically through a clean, optimized lifecycle • Sales teams work inside structured, conversion-focused pipelines • Funnels convert consistently and improve over time • AI agents are deployed where they improve speed and response rates • Upsell and cross-sell flows increase average order value • Review and reputation systems run without manual chasing • Reporting clearly ties automations to revenue outcomes You are not here to “set up workflows.” You are here to build infrastructure that drives measurable growth. ________________________________________ Core Responsibilities • Architect and manage end-to-end GHL automations • Build and optimize high-converting funnels • Design complete lead management systems (capture to close) • Deploy and manage AI agents inside GHL • Structure and optimize sales pipelines • Implement upsell, cross-sell, and retention workflows • Build automated reputation management systems ________________________________________ Required Expertise • Deep, hands-on experience with advanced GHL automations • Proven track record of building revenue-generating GHL systems • Strong understanding of sales processes and lifecycle marketing • Experience integrating GHL with third-party tools where required • Ability to think in terms of conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and ROI This role is not suitable for beginners, course graduates, or template-only implementers. ________________________________________ Nice to Have • Experience working with agencies or B2B service businesses • AI agent deployment experience inside GHL • Funnel copy or CRO knowledge • Experience managing multi-client GHL environments ________________________________________ Screening – Please Include in Your Application 1.
