I need a reusable ComfyUI workflow that lets me drop a Pixar-style 3D still, feed it a front-facing PNG of any person, and instantly see that face transplanted onto the character in the correct direction and with whatever expression I choose. Once the face is in place the node graph should continue straight into a short Disney-like 3D animation render, so I end up with a lively clip rather than a single frame. The pipeline has to respect the original head angle of the Pixar image while reading pose, landmarks and expression cues from the PNG. I should be able to tweak the mouth, eyes and brow inside the graph before hitting render. Everything must stay inside ComfyUI—no external scripts that break the drag-and-drop philosophy. Deliverables • A clean .json or .workflow file ready to import into ComfyUI • Any custom nodes or checkpoints you rely on, clearly organised in folders • A one-page guide explaining which inputs accept my Pixar image and my PNG face, and where to adjust expression sliders or diffusion prompts • A sample output clip that proves the face direction and expression matching work Success for me is loading my own assets, changing a few values, and exporting a 3-5 second Pixar-quality animation without touching code.
