The Workflow becomes the brain between agents — once Agent 1 confirms all fields, it triggers instantly, pulls the correct package image based on session type + city, sends it, then assigns the conversation to Agent 2. No skips, no gaps. Agent 2 picks up as a warm consultant — it reads the session context, answers questions from a separate knowledge base file (not the prompt), does a light upsell, captures a preferred time, writes an internal note, and routes to your reservations team.
