The Full Scope The completed platform will be a comprehensive marketplace featuring: * Admin-Exclusive Scraper: A private backend tool for the master administrator to input a third-party listing URL and automatically extract photos and vehicle data into our platform’s format. * WhatsApp Integration: A dedicated bot allowing users to search the marketplace and upload vehicle data directly via WhatsApp. * Intelligent Listing Assistant: A camera interface that guides users through the photo process to ensure high-quality, standardized listings, coupled with automated background removal and processing. * Inventory Transfer System: Logic that allows the administrator to pre-load vehicle data and subsequently transfer those listings to specific dealer accounts. * Dealer Management Portal: A comprehensive dashboard for dealers to manage inventory, view engagement analytics, and track sales metrics. * Service & Inspection Ecosystem: A module for co-branded PDF inspection reports and a bidding system where users can request third-party services (upholstery, tinting, etc.) and receive bids from businesses, and purchase them straight from the website/app * Communication & Search: Advanced search tools and a secure internal messaging system for buyers and sellers. Delivery Strategy The objective is the delivery of a fully featured website and PWA/App ecosystem. While the complete vision is the primary goal, I am open to a staged rollout if the total scope requires an extended timeline.
