AI Engineer for Multi-Tenant Sales Prospecting & Outreach Bot (SaaS)

I’m looking for an experienced AI developer to build a multi-tenant SaaS bot that I can sell to unlimited customer tenants. The bot should discover prospects based on a given Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and run personalized outreach via email and social channels. What the bot should do - Prospect Discovery: Given an ICP, automatically find potential customers on LinkedIn (via official APIs/compliant providers), company websites, and the public web. - Data Prep: De-duplicate, enrich basic firmographics, and validate contact details with compliant tools. - Outreach: Run email campaigns and social messaging (e.g., LinkedIn, X) with per-prospect personalization (LLM-powered). - Compliance: Respect LinkedIn/API terms, GDPR/CAN-SPAM/PECR, consent, and unsubscribe/suppression lists. - SaaS: True multi-tenant architecture with strong data isolation, admin per tenant, roles/permissions, and billing/metering (e.g., Stripe). - Analytics (nice-to-have): Deliverability, open/reply rates, and simple attribution. - A/B Testing (nice-to-have): Subject/message variants with automatic winner selection. Ideal skills: - LLMs, personalization, and guardrails - Email/social APIs and deliverability best practices - Multi-tenant SaaS engineering (auth, RBAC, billing, metering, webhooks) - Postgres/queues/containers/CI-CD/observability Please include: - Examples of similar AI/SaaS/automation projects - A short architecture sketch for ICP-based prospecting + outreach This is the first bot; more bots will be added on the same SaaS platform.
