The goal is to marry classic spreadsheet power with ChatGPT or comparable OpenAI functions so the workbook not only crunches numbers but also learns from patterns and suggests forward-looking insights automatically. Here’s what success looks like from my side: • A self-contained Excel file (or clearly documented add-in) that accepts fresh data drops, calls the OpenAI API where appropriate, and returns clean predictive outputs in cells I can reference elsewhere. • A straightforward interface—think structured input sheets and a results dashboard—that lets non-technical users trigger the model and immediately see key projections. • Well-commented VBA, Python (via xlwings or similar), or Power Query steps so I can audit the logic later and extend it if my data columns change. I’ll supply sample data and clarify the exact prediction targets as soon as we start; you guide me on optimal formatting so the model trains smoothly. If we can agree on milestones—initial data prep, model build, in-Excel integration, and a short hand-off session—that would keep the project tidy.
