Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Laravel Developer to design and implement an Automated CV Screening System within our existing Laravel-based platform. The system will leverage AI/ML capabilities to automatically screen, rank, and shortlist CVs in response to posted job orders, reducing manual workload and improving hiring accuracy. Responsibilities Develop and integrate an AI-driven CV Screening module into our Laravel platform. Implement logic to automatically match candidate CVs with job postings on FieldServicesNationwide.com. Create algorithms to score and rank candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements. Ensure seamless integration with the platform’s existing job posting and applicant management features. Optimize performance, scalability, and accuracy of the automated screening process. Collaborate with the product team to design a user-friendly recruiter dashboard. Maintain clear, well-documented, and secure code.
