Strategy Consultancy Website Development

I am looking to build a pretty simple website to promote my Strategy and Leadership Consultancy, and have been playing around with both WordPress and Squarespace (I don’t want to use Wix), which seem to have the functionality I need, but I have none of the technical ability to set the pages up in the way that I want. I am very comfortable with whoever builds it using AI to do this, but I would need the ability to do basic editing and adding additional digital products for use or sale. Free Tools ( a page with free downloadable pdf tools) that have the capacity for Video tutorials also, 5 .Our Programs - in essence our services and fee structure 6. Shop (where you can buy additional digital PDF tools) or subscribe to a monthly program of access and new tools. 7. Blog: Thought Pieces and white papers 8. Social: Instagram and Facebook posts reproduced I will be able to provide all the copy, and style guides, images etc, and also how I would like the pages to be laid out indicatively in terms of content and images, but I need someone to build it properly and ideally to recommend hosting options. Currently I have a WordPress hosting with GoDaddy, but would prefer an Australian hosting service. I would also need advice as to how I move / post the website to a hosting service contralled by me once built.
