We need a 3D humanoid avatar for a real-time AI digital companion. The avatar must be optimized for web/mobile use and support real-time speech lip sync. Our current GLB is not usable because it has no morph targets/blendshapes and no jaw setup. Scope: Create or rework one avatar for real-time facial animation. I attached all my files in files to see the current work Add facial rigging for lip sync, including viseme blendshapes/morph targets; jaw support if required by your workflow. Include common expressions such as neutral, smile, blink, surprise, sad, angry. Export production-ready assets in Blender, FBX, and GLB. Ensure the GLB preserves morph targets and works in real-time engines/web viewers. glTF morph targets are required for mouth animation. Provide naming for visemes/blendshapes and a short integration note. Keep polygon count and textures optimized for browser/mobile deployment. Deliverables: source file, final exports, textures, rigged avatar, viseme list, test animation, and one sample lip sync clip. Please share past work with facial rigging, visemes, ARKit/Oculus blendshapes, Ready Player Me, VRM, VTuber, MetaHuman, or game avatars.
