AI Lab Desktop Computer Hardware Setup

Summary We are in the process of establishing an AI Lab and require assistance with the hardware setup of a desktop computer. Our team is encountering issues with configuration and setup. The computer boots and the lights on the computer go through yellow, red and then white. At white it stops and I can not see any output either through the HDMI or Display port. I have tried ports on both the mother board and no the GPU. Expected Outcomes 1. Resolution of setup issue 2. Installation of Ubuntu 3. Setup of software for the fans, update of the BIOS and GPU 4. Optimization of the setup for an AI rig. Purpose We are building an agentic system design to leverage open source LLMs such as Mistral or other LLMs using open source solutions. Integrations with Frontier solutions will also be used but as edge cases. This computer will be the first of several to build this product.
