Project Overview We are seeking a dedicated video editor for an ongoing monthly collaboration. This is a long-term engagement, not a one-time assignment. The selected editor will work consistently on both short-form and long-form content under defined pricing, high creative standards, and fast turnaround expectations. Scope of Work 1. Short-Form Videos (Vertical / Reels) • Duration: Up to 3 minutes (maximum 180 seconds) • Rate: ₹150 per video Each short-form video is expected to include: • Strong hook • Animated captions • Seamless transitions • Motion graphics where appropriate • Background music (professionally balanced) • Sound effects (SFX) • Relevant B-roll • Dynamic zooms and pacing • Text overlays • Expressive, high-engagement storytelling Basic cutting and trimming will not be acceptable. Output must feel modern and dynamic. 2. Long-Form Videos • 20 minutes – ₹500 • 30 minutes – ₹800 Each long-form video must include: • Clean, structured cuts • Engaging pacing throughout • Background music (properly mixed) • Subtitles when required • Text overlays • Motion graphics (subtle but impactful) • SFX integration • B-roll placement • Audio enhancement and leveling Final delivery must reflect professional YouTube-level production quality. AI Integration (Mandatory) The editor must actively use AI tools in their workflow. This includes: • AI-generated video clips (not limited to static images) • AI-enhanced visuals and motion elements • Creative AI-based dynamic enhancements • AI-assisted workflow improvements Static AI imagery alone is insufficient. The objective is visually compelling, AI-enhanced content. Turnaround Expectations Content may be time-sensitive or trend-based. The editor must be capable of: • Delivering within 24 hours when required • Handling urgent edits within 6–12 hours if necessary • Maintaining quality under fast timelines Reliability and speed are critical. Style & Scope Flexibility • Editing style will vary depending on project requirements. • The editor must adapt to different tones and formats. • All specifications listed above are indicative and may expand, adjust, or evolve depending on content dynamics and creative direction. The scope may change over time based on requirements, and flexibility is expected. Revisions & Approval Policy • Revisions will be required until the final output meets our standards. • Quality expectations will not be reduced due to pricing. • Only videos formally approved by us will be considered complete. No payment will be made for content that is not accepted or does not meet the required standards after revision. Professional handling of feedback is mandatory. Payment Structure • Ongoing monthly engagement • One milestone created per month • Payment calculated based on total approved videos delivered during that month Monthly payout formula: (Number of approved reels × ₹150) + (Number of approved long-form videos × respective rate) Only approved deliverables will be included in payment calculations. No payments will Be made for work done thats not accepted by us.
