I run Omeor, a firm that builds custom AI agents for real-estate agencies across France, and I have a substantial list of agencies ready to be contacted. Your role is simple and focused: pick up the phone, speak perfect French, and secure appointments directly with the agency director or other true decision-maker. All conversations happen by phone; email or video outreach is not part of the initial contact strategy. I provide the lead list, a proven script, common objection handlers, and a shared Notion workspace where every call attempt, outcome, and booked meeting must be logged. A meeting counts as “qualified” only when: • the decision-maker personally attends, • genuine interest in our AI agent is expressed during the call, and • a follow-up step (demo or proposal review) is agreed. Those three boxes must be ticked for me to treat the appointment as successful because the end goal is to close new sales, not to gather casual feedback. Compensation is entirely performance-based: you earn 40 % of the one-time setup fee for every new client who signs after a meeting you arranged. With a large, continuously refreshed lead pool, consistent performance translates into significant monthly income.
