AI Integration / Automation Assistant — Genspark, Bee, Plaud, Roam, Google Workspace, CRM, MCP & APIs Project Description I am looking for a technically capable AI Integration / Automation Assistant to help design, set up, document, and maintain a simple personal/business AI operating system. This is not primarily a software-development project and I am not looking for someone who wants to build an unnecessarily complicated custom application. The objective is to make existing AI and productivity tools work together simply and reliably, with as little manual intervention as possible. My intended central platform is Genspark, including SecondBrain and Super Agent. Other tools currently include or may include: • Bee wearable AI recorder • Plaud / Plaud NotePin • Gmail • Google Calendar • Google Drive • [login to view URL] or another CRM • ChatGPT • MCP servers • APIs • Webhooks • Genspark Workflows • Make or n8n only when necessary Desired Architecture The basic concept is: Bee / Plaud → automatic ingestion → Genspark SecondBrain → Super Agent → CRM / Drive / Email / Calendar I want Genspark to function as the primary AI interface or “command center”, while the other systems operate behind the scenes. Initial Responsibilities The selected person will help: • Connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and CRM data to Genspark. • Establish the cleanest possible method for automatically transferring Bee conversation data into an information source accessible by Genspark. • Integrate important Plaud transcripts/summaries. • Evaluate and implement MCP/API/webhook connections. • Create a small number of useful automations. • Develop a morning AI briefing. • Develop an end-of-day review. • Extract tasks and commitments from meetings and conversations. • Route confirmed tasks into the CRM. • Route documents into the appropriate Drive locations. • Document the entire architecture. • Troubleshoot integrations when APIs or AI products evolve. Important Requirement Simplicity is more important than technical cleverness. I do not want eight separate applications that I must actively manage. The desired user experience is essentially: Wear the recorder. Open Genspark. Ask what I need to know. Let the integrations work in the background. Ideal Candidate The right person should understand several of the following: • AI agent workflows • Genspark • MCP • REST APIs • webhooks • Google Workspace integration • Make • n8n • Zapier • CRM integration • structured AI extraction • automation troubleshooting • prompt/workflow design You do not need to be an expert in every application listed above. More important is the ability to understand a business objective, select the simplest dependable integration, implement it, test it, and explain it clearly to a nontechnical user. Ongoing Relationship This is not necessarily a one-time project. AI applications, agent systems, MCP servers, and integration capabilities are changing rapidly. I am looking for someone who can initially build the system and potentially provide ongoing light technical support and periodic improvements as better tools and integrations become available. When Applying Please provide: 1. Examples of AI/app integrations you have personally built. 2. Your experience with MCP, APIs, webhooks, Make, n8n, or similar tools. 3. Whether you have worked with Genspark, Bee, Plaud, Google Workspace, or Monday. 4. How you would approach the Bee → Genspark integration. 5. How you decide when to use a native integration versus Make/n8n versus custom API work. 6. Your hourly rate. 7. Your availability for ongoing support. Please do not send a generic AI-generated application. Explain briefly how you would keep this system simple.

I see one issue with the architecture you proposed. Genspark does not really need to sit between all your other tools. Gmail, Calendar, Drive and your CRM already hold the actual data, so I would keep them as the main systems and let Genspark work on top of them. Otherwise we may end up copying the same information into several places and then maintaining all those connections. That adds complexity without necessarily adding anything useful. I would also check Plaud and Bee first before deciding on Make, n8n or custom APIs. Plaud's integration options are a little different from a normal public API, and Bee's available connection method needs to be confirmed. My preference would be to use Genspark's existing integrations wherever possible and only add automation where something is genuinely missing. That should give you a much simpler setup and fewer things to break later. I can map the actual connections first and point out where I think your current design can be reduced.

★★★ Genspark Specialist ★★★ Hi, To ensure a successful integration, I recommend starting with a thorough assessment of the existing tools and their APIs. This will help identify potential challenges, such as rate limits or data format discrepancies, that could complicate the integration process. I suggest prioritizing the most critical connections first, such as Gmail and Google Calendar, to establish a solid foundation. For implementation, I will utilize Genspark as the central hub, leveraging its workflows to automate data ingestion from Bee and Plaud. I will create clear documentation throughout the process to facilitate future troubleshooting and updates. Testing will focus on ensuring data flows correctly between systems and that automations trigger as expected. I have experience with similar integrations and can provide examples upon request. I will need access to your Genspark account and any relevant API keys to get started. Thanks!

Hi, You’re not looking for a bigger stack , you’re looking for one calm command center that keeps data flowing without constant babysitting. I can help you connect Gmail, Calendar, Drive, CRM, and AI workflows around Genspark so Bee and Plaud outputs land where they’re useful, not where they’re noisy. I’ve built API and automation setups with webhooks, Google Workspace, CRM flows, and structured extraction, and I focus on the simplest dependable path: native integration first, Make/n8n only when needed, and custom API work only when it truly reduces friction. I’ve shared an initial estimate based on your description, and once we go over a few technical or functional details, I’ll confirm the exact cost and delivery schedule. I’d start by mapping the Bee → Genspark path, then define a clean workflow for transcripts, task capture, morning briefs, and end-of-day reviews, with clear documentation so the system stays maintainable. Could you share which CRM you want as the source of truth, what Bee/Plaud export formats you can access, and whether you already have working MCP endpoints or API credentials? Looking forward to your reply so we can finalize the exact plan. Best regards, Asad

AI EXPERT------------------>>The goal should be a simple AI operating system, not another complicated stack. I would make Genspark the command center while Bee, Plaud, Google Workspace, and your CRM work quietly in the background. I will first map the data flow, prioritize native integrations, then use MCP, APIs, webhooks, Make, or n8n only where genuinely necessary. I will also build the morning briefing, meeting task extraction, CRM/Drive routing, and proper error handling. ANSWERS AI/app integrations: Built AI workflows connecting LLMs with CRMs, Google Workspace, databases, APIs, webhooks, and business automation systems. MCP/APIs/automation: Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, MCP, n8n, Make, Python, and Node.js. Genspark/Bee/Plaud/Monday: Experienced with AI and Google Workspace integrations. For Genspark, Bee, Plaud, and Monday, I would validate their current API/webhook capabilities before implementation. Bee → Genspark: Capture the transcript through API/webhook/export, normalize it, send it to Genspark, then route extracted tasks, notes, and commitments to the required apps. Integration choice: Native first. Make/n8n for straightforward orchestration. Custom API code when complex logic, reliability, authentication, or unsupported functionality requires it. Rate: $10 per hur Availability: Available for ongoing support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and new automation work. Please ping to get started and get outstanding results. Thanks!!!

I’d begin by checking Bee’s available export, API, webhook, or email route, then normalize recordings into a Genspark-accessible source for SecondBrain instead of building a new app. Plaud transcripts can follow the same path, with structured extraction for commitments, tasks, CRM updates, Drive filing, and the morning/end-of-day briefings. My hands-on background includes REST APIs, webhooks, structured AI extraction, and automation; I have not used Genspark, Bee, or Plaud directly, so I would verify their current interfaces rather than make assumptions. I use native integrations first, Make/n8n only for missing glue, and custom API work only where it removes manual steps. I built an AI outreach workflow that discovers businesses, generates personalized emails, and handles paced SMTP sending with unsubscribe logic. In 5 days, I can deliver the initial integration, core workflows, and a clear architecture guide, with ongoing support available for product/API changes. Can Bee currently export recordings automatically to Drive or a webhook endpoint? Muhammad Saad

Hi, We built an internal AI automation system that connects business workflows using OpenAI and Claude APIs, SendGrid, and a queue layer so tasks route between systems without manual steps. That is close to what you want: several tools working quietly behind one interface. BD Automation: internal AI workflow engine (encodes process into automated steps) On Bee to Genspark, I would avoid custom code first. If Genspark SecondBrain accepts a Drive folder or a source connector, the cleanest path is Bee exporting transcripts to Drive on a schedule, then Genspark reading from there. Make or n8n only for the gap Genspark cannot cover natively. Fewer moving parts, fewer things to break when an API changes. One question: does your Genspark plan expose an API or MCP endpoint, or only the UI? That decides the whole ingestion design. We could start with the Google Workspace and Drive connections as a first milestone so you release payment only once it works. Adil

Hello, AI INTEGRATION & AUTOMATION — I HAVE 10+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH AI WORKFLOWS, API INTEGRATIONS, MCP, WEBHOOKS AND BUSINESS AUTOMATION, AND I CAN HELP BUILD THIS SYSTEM WITHOUT OVER-ENGINEERING IT. I understand the goal is to make Genspark the central command center while Bee/Plaud, Google Workspace, CRM, MCP and APIs work quietly in the background. My approach would be: * Use native integrations wherever reliable. * Use MCP/API/webhooks for clean direct connections. * Use Make/n8n only when a native integration is not sufficient. * Automate meeting/task extraction, CRM routing and Drive organization. * Build useful morning briefings and end-of-day reviews. * Keep approval points where needed instead of making everything fully automatic. * Document the complete architecture and troubleshooting process. For Bee → Genspark, I would first identify the most reliable available export/API/webhook path, normalize the transcript and metadata, and make it accessible to Genspark in a consistent structure without adding unnecessary platforms. I can also provide ongoing support as AI products, APIs and integrations evolve. I WILL PROVIDE 2 YEARS OF FREE ONGOING SUPPORT AND COMPLETE SOURCE CODE where applicable. Thanks, Christina

Hi there, I understand you want one simple AI operating system, not another complicated application to manage. I’m confident I can connect your existing tools around Genspark as the command center, keeping data flowing automatically while using the fewest possible integration layers. My approach is to first map the actual information flow: Bee/Plaud → transcript ingestion → Genspark knowledge source → AI extraction → CRM/Drive/Calendar actions. Then, I’ll test the simplest available connection for each system, using native integrations first, webhooks/APIs second, and Make/n8n only where they genuinely remove complexity. For Bee, I’ll determine the cleanest supported export/API/webhook route into a Genspark-accessible source rather than creating an unnecessary custom pipeline. Finally, I’ll build the morning briefing, end-of-day review, task/commitment extraction, confirmed CRM task routing, and Drive filing, with logging and failure handling. I’ve built AI-driven workflows using n8n, Make, Google Workspace, APIs, webhooks, structured AI extraction, CRM integrations, RAG, and automated document workflows. I have not worked directly with every listed product, so I’ll validate each platform’s current integration capabilities rather than make assumptions. Could you confirm whether Genspark currently provides an API, MCP server, webhook, or supported ingestion method you want to use for the Bee data? I’m ready to start immediately. Warm Regards, Aneesa.

Hi, I'm Denis, a full-stack developer specializing in AI tool integrations and API workflows. I've built systems where the core challenge is making disparate tools communicate seamlessly without creating maintenance headaches. I understand your goal: make Genspark your command center, automatically ingesting Bee recordings, Plaud transcripts, and Google Workspace data so you can ask questions without manual data transfers. Your insight that simplicity beats cleverness is exactly right. I've built similar workflows using Make and n8n, processing audio data and syncing CRM, calendar, and document storage through REST APIs and webhooks. The pattern is consistent: ingest, normalize, route to the right place. For the Bee integration, I'd first understand how Bee exports data—via API, cloud sync, or files—then decide between native Genspark integration, Make/n8n, or custom API work based on reliability and maintenance needs. Native connectors are always preferred; webhook-based flows beat custom code. The real value is solid architecture documentation and testing. When APIs change or new tools get added, you need a system that doesn't break down. That's why I'm interested in ongoing support—these systems evolve quickly, and having someone who knows your entire setup makes adjustments straightforward. I'm ready to start immediately. Let's discuss the details. Thanks, Denis.

Hello!⚡ Your chain is Bee and Plaud into Genspark SecondBrain, then Super Agent out to CRM and Drive. The hard part is not Genspark. It is getting data out of the wearables. Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Monday have stable APIs. Bee and Plaud are the two links where a supported export may not exist. So Google Drive becomes the one store of record. Each recorder drops transcripts into a dated Drive folder. Genspark SecondBrain reads that folder. When a vendor changes an API, one connector breaks, not the system. Start with an integration map that names, per tool, a native connector, an API, or a manual bridge. Then connect Gmail, Calendar, Drive and the CRM to Genspark. Then build the recorder to Drive path and test it on real recordings. Last, add the morning brief, the end of day review and task routing. First deliverable is the integration map, in 3 days. Does your Bee account give a transcript export or webhook, or only the in-app feed? Should Drive be the single store of record, or each tool wired to Genspark directly? I recommend Drive. Is Monday live today, and can you approve Google Workspace OAuth scopes? Thanks. Hassan
