Instrumentation and Contract AI Agent Development for improve productivity and work as my assistant

I’m looking to turn my day-to-day engineering work into a smoother, largely automated workflow powered by AI agents such as Claude, CoWork, or Codex. My core need is an agent (or small suite of agents) that can take raw field data, drawings, and notes on instrumentation systems and compile them into clear, professional technical reports on demand. You’ll fit perfectly if you already move comfortably between control & instrumentation concepts and prompt engineering. I’ll supply sample data sets, report standards, and any internal templates we already use; you’ll design prompts, choose or chain the right models, and fine-tune workflows so the output lands in the correct format with minimal human touch-up. While the primary deliverable is the technical-report generator, I’m open to extending the same framework later to email triage and contract drafting, so please build with expansion in mind. Experience integrating LLMs via Python or low-code orchestration tools, handling token limits, and enforcing company style guidelines will be valuable. Deliverables • Working AI agent or workflow that accepts predefined instrumentation inputs and returns a polished report (Word or PDF) that meets our internal style guide • Clear, step-by-step setup instructions so I can replicate or modify the agent locally • A brief validation run demonstrating the agent on one real data set, highlighting accuracy and time saved I value concise, well-commented solutions and expect close collaboration for the first iteration so we can lock down the exact report structure.
