PHP ISP OLT Monitoring Dashboard

I want a lightweight PHP-based web dashboard that can monitor GPON and EPON networks across five OLT brands—Huawai, Bdcom, Vsol, C-Data and HSGQ. The goal is to see, at a glance and in real time, exactly what is happening on every PON port and at the OLT level, and to carry out basic remote actions from the same interface. Core functions I need built: • Per-PON view that shows each ONU’s MAC address, RX/TX optical power, caller MAC, vendor/brand string, uptime and live online/offline status. • OLT summary view that aggregates total ONUs, counts of online vs. offline units and provides a one-click restart/reboot for any selected ONU. • Support for both GPON and EPON on the listed vendors, accessed through whatever protocol makes sense (SNMP v2/v3, SSH/Telnet or vendor API) as long as it is clearly documented in the code. • Clean, responsive PHP interface—no heavy frameworks—so it runs on a typical LAMP stack. Acceptance criteria 1. Connects successfully to test OLTs from each listed brand and polls data at a configurable interval. 2. Displays all requested fields without page reload via AJAX or WebSocket refresh. 3. Restart action confirms in the UI and logs the event with timestamp. 4. Code and installation steps are delivered in a Git repo with clear README. If you have already worked with any of these vendors’ MIBs or CLI command sets, that will speed things up, but I mainly care about solid, well-commented PHP that I can extend later.
