I need an experienced data scientist/machine learning expert who can help me to develop an algorithm and train the dataset by using machine learning methods so that users can use that algorithm to find out whether a stock is recommended for Buy or Not Buy. User gives some input if required like P/E Ratio, Dividend Yield, Total Asset, Total Liabilities, Net Income, Gross Profit, Total Shares etc. We want to predict whether the stock is Buy or Not Buy. For example: User Inputs Google (GOOG). Is it BUY or NOT BUY? What is the confidence? What are the Greens and Red signls of it?
Needed for Indian Stock Exchange & Nasdaq.
I need the full co pyright, source code and you need to explaint it to me. A proper documentation is highly desirable.
