One of our competitors recently targeted us with negative reviews. We have tried the normal method of reporting the reviews and they did not help. We are looking for someone to help us get these reviews done by our competitor. These are not genuine customers and the reviews are hurting our business. Hello there, Thanks a lot for the job post. It's really sad to hear when you get negative feedbacks/ratings from your competitors and even you understand that but can't do anything. There are three ways to remove any reviews from Amazon 1. Removal /revision by the customer - this is not applicable as the competitors won't remove it. 2. Removal by Amazon: - The reviews must violate any certain rule of Amazon Guideline. 3. Comments: - it doesn't remove the negative reviews. But it helps to inform the fact to the other customers publicly. It's not effective much maybe. From my perspective and education or research, what I can recommend and tell you that, you have no control on Amazon reviews. But still, we have a chance to remove those reviews if they violate any terms or we can prove them as fraudulent. I will be waiting to discuss with you.
