build a super trivial page for IP whitelisting

Job Description:
This is a simple test project to build a trivial web utility deployed on AWS lightsail ubuntu server, which does 4 things:
1. Reads the client's IP
2. shows a button to "whitelist this network", which sends API requests to another (slave) server on AWS Lightsail to whitelist the client IP address for inbound and outbound TCP + UDP traffic on port XXXX on the slave server ([login to view URL])
3. shows another button to inform that "server inaccessible from this network", which sends an email about the IP address of the client & the IP address of the slave server to a hardcoded email address
4. If the API calls are successful, show a simple "OK" or redirect to an "OK" page (there should be the two buttons for a repeated request)
