Project Title: Full-Stack Recruitment Platform for Domestic/ International IT, Non-IT, Healthcare & Bulk Hiring for our clients. Project Description: We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer or Agency to build a robust, scalable recruitment portal for HR Recruitment and Staffing Consultancy Company based in India. Thru is portal we want to showcase our services to clients who are seeking candidates and candidates who are seeking job. This platform will not be a Job Portal like [login to view URL] but a company website where both clients and candidates can contact us for various services. Key Modules & Requirements 1. Scalable User Accounts & Recruiter Trackers • Candidate Profiles: Registration of candidates on website to capture details like skills, experience, CTC, location and job preferences. • Individual Recruiter Trackers: Our recruiters should be able to login and are able to see dashboard to track their specific pipeline of candidates (Source → Interview → Joined) and generate productivity reports of each recruiters on various parameters. • Company Portal: Allow our clients to view our services, upload their hiring requirements to us, able to see the shortlisted candidates suggested by our consultancy, download profiles, and provide interview feedback. 2. Access database to be able to do recruitment with below action items. • AI Resume Parser: Must accurately extract data from diverse resume formats (Domestic/ International) to auto-populate profiles. • Advanced Job Portal: Searchable listings with heavy focus on Location (Tier 1/2/3 cities), Salary, and Functional Industry. • Bulk Communication: Integration for sending bulk SMS and WhatsApp updates to candidates (crucial for Non-IT response rates). • One-Tap Apply: Minimal friction; support for mobile-first applications. 3. Specialized Functional Workflows • Document Management: Secure storage for domestic onboarding (Aadhar, PAN, and Experience letters). • Interview Scheduling: Integration with Google/Outlook calendars and MS Teams for virtual interviews. • Directly share CVs with clients from portal along with a short written message. • Send bulk emails/ WhatsApp / SMS with help of portal. 4. Technical & Infrastructure Requirements • Frontend: React.js or [login to view URL] (Must be highly optimized for mobile/low-bandwidth). • Backend: Node.js or Python. • Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB. • Security: SSL encryption and Indian data privacy compliance. • Analytics: Dashboard for management to track "Time-to-Hire" and "Cost-per-Hire" across different recruiters. Deliverables: 1. UX/UI Design: Clean, professional, and easy-to-use interface. 2. Functional Portal: Web application deployed on a secure server. 3. WhatsApp/SMS/Email API Integration: Automated status updates for candidates. 4. Admin Panel: Control center to manage recruiters, job postings, and site content.
