Move a Server from AWS to Reserved instance or to Digital Ocean to save cost

Hi, I will first discuss cost details with you and then move servers from aws to decided hosting provider. All files and database will be migrated. There will be no data loss and downtime. I will do optimization for fast and improved performance. Backup Restorations, Database Restorations from Secondary Backup Disk etc. I will implement all securities and install ssl also. Hello what service do you run on the server and is your RDS public or private only . if your RDS is private only then it cant be connected from digital ocean , but there is a work around please message me and i can do this for you hoping to hear from you
