Need asap Jenkins/Gitlab CI/CD expert to help manage new/old API in AWS -- 2

Need someone who will work 1 or 2hr/day at most (4-6hr/week) to just monitor and help by time to time our CI/CD activities included solving docker issues from local machine to ECR/ECS or mastering routing issues between ECS and ALB etc.... Everything is setup and running automatically we have jenkins jobs to bring up and down the cluster and we do have few AWS services we are using like ALB, AWS Media Services, Cognito etc... Note:This service will evolve from 4-6hr/week to close to 40h/week come June or July. Environment: AWS, Jenkins, Gitlab, JIRA Key requirements for you: 1-you know your way around CI/CD automation in Jenkins, 2-you master docker issue/mismatch between local machine and ECR/ECS, 3-you are versed at creating build from source code and deploying fully functional API,
