Need to change my hardcoded Google Maps API to take data in from an AWS mySQL database

I currently have a hard-coded Google Maps API. I need to change it from being hard-coded to being able to take in information/reflect information from a SQL (mySQL Engine) database on AWS. I will provide all of the information of the database (and can even give you the AWS login if need be), as well as the project file so you can get an idea of what exactly it is that I'm asking for.
