ing: Marketplace Account Manager (In-House – Kolkata) We are looking for a skilled and reliable Marketplace Account Manager to handle and optimize our e-commerce marketplace operations from our Kolkata office. Job Type: Freelance / Contract (In-House) Location: Kolkata (On-site required) Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain seller accounts on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, etc. Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images coordination) Monitor inventory and ensure timely stock updates Process orders and coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints Plan and execute promotions, deals, and ad campaigns Track performance metrics and improve account health Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategy Requirements: Proven experience in marketplace account handling Good understanding of seller panels and policies Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work from office (Kolkata location) Preferred: Experience with multiple marketplaces Familiarity with ads (Amazon/Flipkart Ads) E-commerce or digital marketing background What We Offer: Flexible freelance engagement Opportunity for long-term collaboration Growth-oriented work environment If you have hands-on experience in managing marketplace accounts and can work in-house in Kolkata, we’d love to connect.
