Shopee Philippines Product Research & Listing Assistant (Amazon JP Sourcing)

We are currently expanding our e-commerce operations in the Philippines and are looking for a highly capable and proactive virtual assistant with strong knowledge of the local market. In addition to operating our Shopee store, we are also planning to expand into wholesale distribution to local sellers and physical retail shops in the Philippines. Therefore, we are not only looking for someone who can handle product listing tasks, but also someone who understands the local market structure, pricing levels, and distribution channels, and ideally has existing connections within the local e-commerce or retail ecosystem. We highly value candidates who can go beyond basic execution and contribute to business development, sourcing strategy, and local partnerships. ◼︎Responsibilities Research best-selling products on Shopee Philippines Identify trending and high-margin products Analyze competitor pricing and market demand Suggest products suitable for cross-border e-commerce Create and upload product listings on Shopee Write optimized product titles and descriptions in English Manage product data using Google Sheets or Excel Continuously monitor competitors and propose new product opportunities (Optional but highly preferred) Introduce potential wholesale buyers, resellers, or local retail partners in the Philippines ◼︎Requirements Experience in e-commerce product research Experience in product listing and SEO optimization Good understanding of local Philippine market trends and pricing Strong English communication skills Ability to work independently and proactively Preferably with existing network in Shopee sellers, wholesalers, or local retail shops ◼︎Deliverables 1. Winning Product List Please include the following: Amazon Japan product URL Shopee / research source URL Thumbnail optimization suggestions (image selection / improvement ideas) Estimated selling price and market positioning 2. Product Listing After approval, list the selected products on our Shopee store. ◼︎Preferred Skills E-commerce operations Product research and sourcing Local wholesale or distribution experience Virtual assistant experience Data entry Google Sheets / Excel Trial & Contract Terms We will start with a trial of 20–50 product research and listings. If results are satisfactory, we will move into a long-term collaboration. We are also open to performance-based bonuses for products or introductions that generate strong sales or business opportunities.
