Educational YouTube Channel Manager Needed

I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day running of my educational YouTube channel to some indian so I can focus on creating the lessons themselves. Your main responsibility is full-spectrum channel management: scheduling uploads, fine-tuning titles, descriptions, tags, end screens, and playlists, and keeping an eye on analytics inside YouTube Studio to steer growth in the right direction. Each video will still come from me, but I’d like every publish to feel cohesive and polished. That includes a professional, clean thumbnail for every upload—something that looks credible in a sea of bold, shouty graphics without losing click-through appeal. If you’re comfortable in Canva, Photoshop, or a similar tool, that’s perfect. Because the format is educational, accuracy and clarity matter as much as engagement metrics. Please factor that mindset into any copy tweaks, keyword research, or community comments you handle.
