Optimize Nonprofit Asana Workflow

I am the fundraising director for a small nonprofit that uses Asana for project management. A clear SOP for task assignment, hand-offs, and weekly reporting. 4. Short Loom or live walkthrough to train the team on the new flow. Acceptance criteria • No task can exist without an owner, due date, and status field. • Team receives automatic nudges 48 hrs before deadlines. • I can generate a board-level progress report in under two clicks.
