I manage a growing Zoom Phone deployment and need an expert who can jump in immediately to refine the advanced configuration. The priorities are: • Call routing – redesign the logic so every call reaches the correct team without bouncing or unnecessary transfers. • IVR – build intuitive, multi-level auto-attendants that shorten wait times and direct callers accurately. • Reporting & analytics – surface real-time and historical data that highlights call volumes, wait times, and agent performance so I can act on trends quickly. My end goal is to improve handling efficiency, guarantee that calls land in the right department first time, and cut customer wait times.
