I do not need location tracking or intersection alerts in this phase; the entire focus is on accurate, fast predictions and an intuitive user interface. Preferred approach You are free to work with native Android (Java or Kotlin) or a well-supported cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native as long as the final build runs smoothly on current Android versions.
