App will be simple: open → take selfie → match face → check location → mark attendance. If any fails, user sees clear message. I’ll use Android camera + on-device face check (fast, works offline). Location via geofence + accuracy check so false GPS doesn’t pass. Basic but reliable. Some small things I’ll handle: store records locally if no internet, then sync later compress photos before upload (faster) save lat/long + accuracy with each entry simple retry if sync fails basic spoof check (movement, not just photo) admin can update photo + enable/disable users export logs from panel (CSV) Notifications for success, reminder, and location errors. Nothing fancy. I’ll keep code clean so you can change geofence easily later. Same app will have admin view. Done similar flow before, so no surprises.
