Once the core interactions are stable, I'd add offline caching and verify that updates are reflected instantly without requiring an app restart. The area that usually needs the most care is keeping the UI and local storage synchronized so edits and deletions are reflected consistently across every zone. How should the app determine which broadcast appears as the current message if multiple users post around the same time?
