I need a Machine Learning tool that can detect Malaria parasite and its species from teh thin blood smear images and build Android mobile app that implements that tool on test images taken with the camera or selected from the photo gallery. Key Requirements: - Image source: Camera and photo gallery - Machine Learning tool that trains on thin blood smear images that are annotated with parasite species and stage and is able to achieve more than 97% accuracy on test images for classification and also locate the parasite in the image. - Professional and clinical user interface Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in mobile app development, specifically for Android - Expertise in image processing and machine learning - Background in healthcare technology or related fields - Strong UI/UX design skills for professional applications
