Tea Wholesale Android App Development

I’m building a dedicated Android shopping app for Sidhshree Tea so my wholesale customers can browse, buy, and track their favourite blends with ease. The interface should feel warm and familiar, following a traditional gold-and-green palette that matches our brand. Core user flow • Mobile-number login and optional OTP verification • Product catalogue split initially into Loose Tea and Tea Bags (I may add Gift Packs later) with images, weights, live prices, and stock levels • Cart, checkout, and a choice of UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, debit/credit card, or Cash on Delivery • Automatic payment success screen, followed by a detailed order confirmation • Push notifications for every status change and a WhatsApp-to-order shortcut • Hindi-friendly text and simple navigation • Product reviews and star ratings visible to all shoppers Admin needs I need a browser-based panel where I can create, edit, or retire products, adjust prices, manage inventory, view incoming orders in real time, update order status, and trigger notifications. Deliverables 1. Full Android source code (Java/Kotlin + XML) organised and documented 2. Compiled, signed APK plus aab ready for Play Store upload 3. React, Angular, or Vue-based admin panel source and build files 4. One-time assistance publishing to my Google Play console 5. Post-handover guide covering build steps, Firebase/FCM keys (if used), and payment gateway setup Acceptance criteria • App installs cleanly on Android 8.0+ with no crashes during the purchase cycle • All listed payment methods complete a ₹1 test transaction and return confirmed status to the order record • OTP login works with Indian numbers and gracefully handles failures/retries • Push notifications appear even when the app is in the background • Admin edits reflect in the catalogue within 60 seconds (preferably via Firebase or similar real-time DB) If you have experience launching retail apps, implementing Razorpay/Paytm SDKs, and localising for Hindi, your approach, timeline, and any relevant store links will help me evaluate quickly.
