Gaming App Conversion/Development for Android/iPad

Need to develop or convert existing game from Windows to Android/iPad, simple interactive app that uses touch screen for selection of games and “reads” inputs from keyboard and mouse to play the games. Keyboard and mouse are USB connected to a Android tablet Games are simple: Speed – shows how fast/how many times- a pre-programmed key is pressed. Key cannot be in a press and hold position it has to count the ‘hits’. Similar with mouse, if left mouse key is programmed then, it counts the clicks.
