RE: Android OS adjustment

Hello I am attempting to design an android app that finds the processes with the highest cpu usage and then terminats [login to view URL] couldnt figure out a solution. At this point I am not sure if project is doable it seems like even at the simplest state of just killing a task there is no longer a class that supports this functionality. Can send code that I already have.
