We are looking for somebody that can build us an Android app that implements a rudimentary parking lot management system. This includes real-time object detection of cars in the camera feed, sending pictures to our sever for OCR analysis and then getting the results, visualizing them and storing them. We thought about it being based on Tensorflow lite using a MobileNet SSD for object detection. Furthermore, it needs user accounts and the possibility to select the parking lot which is managed. Optionally, some augmented reality (AR) functionalities are used to map the parking lot (i.e. see where you walked) but also map the plates to the location of the cars (just for doing the localization, no augmented reality visualization). Please see the accompanying document for details.
