Android and ios app for visitor management

I am looking for a project which contains
1. A simple Android and IOS application which has a form in which user can enter his data and its get converted into a QR code whenever the user changes the information the QR code is changed the user has to verify his mobile number through firebase OTP
2. An Android and IOS app that can scan the QR code of other application and converts it into data entered by the user in the first application and sends it to the database which stays in the second application and also is also sent to our service when internet is available.
The user of second application can access his data anytime and also can convert the data into Excel file and export it.
3. this is the master admin panel in which all the data of all the installations can be accessed
Conversion of data into csv and Excel files should be available data federation sorting should be available and installation wise data should be available.
