I am looking for cocos2D-x expert for implementing rendertexture blue feature in mobile app.

Sample cocos2d-x (C++) project in xcode(V3.17.2) or android studio for coloring a cocos 2d sprite with different brushes with the following features: - draw with free form from a png image - one tap - transparency high, two taps - transparency lower, three taps - transparency lower.
