Compile APK for an old Android Project with 64-bit Requirement

Hi Guys
I had purchased a game code online in 2016. I compiled an APK after adding my admob keys and published it. The game worked fine until 2020. I received Google Play Console notification that the compiled APK includes SDKs which must be removed in order to keep this app on store.
I removed those SDK and tried to publish the app again. But Play Console said that your game must be 64-bit in order to be published. I tried to upgrade the app to 64 bit but either the game keeps crashing or I am not able to achieve a working APK acceptable to Play Console. Story short, I am not able to publish it to Play Store.
Publishing this game to Play Store is not important to me. But somehow because it still has some users, I still have this as an admob violation in my account. To remove that violation forever, I need to publish updated 64 bit working App to Play Store.
Task is: To assist me in publishing the game APK to Play Console after removing SDKs, updating Admob code and make it 64-bit working.
There I need your help. If someone can assist, please do let me know.
