Create Football Prediction App

I want to create a Football prediction app for users to play as a strategy game. Users will select teams in the Premier league who they think will win every week. Users will receive points for correct predictions and these points will help them rank against other users.

Requirements
-React Native For Android & IOS APPS or any process that allows for easy build to both platforms
-Node Js for Backend API's development. (happy for other suggestions here)
-React Js for Admin Panel (happy for other suggestions here)
The code must be structured in a way that allows for adding further features in the future.
I have a new design, app layout (frontend) that you will need to incorporate. This will be available in Adobe XD.
I will need the complete source code with documentation upon completion.
