A system is to be created that will help the user to troubleshoot. In addition, there should also be document management. It should be available via app for Android 8 or higher. The administration as well as the settings by the individual tenants should be done via the web interface. Via browser (Edge, Mozilla, Chrome, ...)
The presentation of the web interface should be responsive.
WordPress is used as the website. The system is to be made available as a plug-in.
The actual user uses the app to be created. The app should automatically adapt to the end device when it is displayed (smartphone, tablet, ...). The app should synchronize with the web system according to an individual schedule. Manual synchronization (button in the app) should also be possible.
All synchronized data must be available offline in the app. During the synchronization, changes or innovations are searched for and these are loaded into the app.
Both parts of the program should be managed as modules. The system must be multi-tenant and multilingual. The user language only relates to the system and not to the content. The adaptation of the language should be possible as a table. The translation from English into German will be carried out by us upon completion.
