Cross-Platform Internal Task Management App for Construction

I'm looking for an experienced app developer to create an internal company app for both iOS and Android platforms. The app's primary function will be inventory and materials tracking with some daily tasks. We already have a working prototype and a database schema started, so they're not beginning from a blank page, and my priority is keeping the prototype's design rather than rebuilding in a generic tool. Key Requirements: - Cross-platform compatibility (iOS and Android) - Inventory Tracking - Materials Tracking - Truck logs for starting and ending the day - Task management functionalities - User-friendly interface Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in developing task management apps - Strong UI/UX design skills - Expertise in cross-platform app development I'll be filling out a Google Sheet with all the data that needs to be imported, but what's missing is beautifying the app, integrations with tools, and it manually updating information. Besides what's already in the attached docs: - Roles View - Admin and User. I will provide details on who gets what access. - API from BuilderTrend or Quickbooks is available, but we only need to get the customer name and job name, no other details - We will keep all information up to date on a google sheet, but if you have a better/easier way to keep it up to date, that's great - Stock levels are only updated in the app Please provide examples of similar work done.
